I’m a Diagnostic Radiographer at University Hospital Aintree in Liverpool, interested in all matters medical, not just radiographical. I post on a whole range of topics of interest to me and hopefully of use to you, including gender identity, LGBTI+, equality and inclusion and #SoMe and it’s use as an allied health professional – to name but a few.
Since qualifying in 2012 I have gone on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Care Ethics and Law at The University of Manchester. I am a massive fan of the #hellomynameis campaign setup by the late Dr. Kate Granger, and more recently I have become excited by #getthenationsigning, having just created the Twitter handle @Fun2Sign to help me and hopefully others learn some more sign language. Any views expressed as “radiographerben” are my own and not those of Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Please feel free to get in touch as I would love to hear your views on the content I post!

Hi Ben
Really enjoying your mission to get the nation signing. I wondered if you might be interested in doing a few sessions for the student radiographers at the University of Salford ?
Please get in touch if so
